Dead Day, 1:40 PM schedule — Study guides, review games, etc.
Period 8 Exam — 1:45-3:05

Period 2 Exam — 8:10-9:20
Period 3 Exam — 9:25-10:35
Stay in Period 3 — 10:35-10:45
Lunch for all — 11:25-1:50
Period 4 Exam — 11:25-12:35
Period 5 Exam — 12:40-1:50
Period 7 Exam — 1:55-3:05
Friday, May 22
Period 1 Exam — 8:10-9:20
Period 5 Study Hall — 9:25-9:55
Period 6 Exam — 10:0-11:10
Student Expectations
Students taking a semester exam must remain in the class for the entire period. Students are encouraged to bring other study materials or a book to read in case they finish an exam before the end of the period. Restroom breaks are permitted and will be assigned at the discretion of the teacher.
Cell phones/personal Laptops and other electronics are not permitted in the classroom during a semester exam. The teacher will collect all electronic devices before the exams are distributed. All collected electronic devices will be returned to the student at the end of the period or after all exams have been collected. If a Chromebook is needed for an exam, the teacher will make students aware to bring their school-issued Chromebook.
Once a student arrives on finals day(s), they are to stay in the building until they have completed their last exam for that day.
Students who are exempt from taking a final will be reporting to the gym for their exempted final time.
Students may not use the exemption in the same class in both semesters.
If students do not show for a final/exempted final, they fail the final/class per handbook policy.
Students who are in Tech/Transfer Academy classes can sign out in the library after 4th hour exams/their last exam on Thursday and after 1st Hour exams on Friday!
Outside appointments should not be scheduled during final exams, unless prior approval from administration
Students have to communicate with a teacher if they are waiving their final exam, BEFORE they get admin approval for waiver use. Admin will approve once waiver use is submitted and exemptions are tracked by Mrs. Meadows
May 8th is the final day to get approval for a waiver use in a class from the teacher and administration! No exceptions/late waivers allowed.
