Girls PE had some fun with the parachute this morning!

Students at SVI are working on narrative writing, place value, fractions, decimals, text features, author’s purpose, and so much more!

Mr. Martin’s WIN 8th grade class has been taking time studying The American Revolution.

This week our building filled our compliment punch card! We enjoyed a pajama day on Wednesday, smiled big for picture day on Thursday, and shined bright in our spirit wear on Friday!

It was our first full week of school with students! The SVI staff is putting in the work to find out exactly what their students need to grow this year!

Bayer of Illiopolis presented a check for $10,000 to Sangamon Valley CUSD 9 to go toward updating the Ag lab and classroom.

Cafeteria substitutes are needed at the Sangamon Valley School District. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for part-time work and may have school age children!
