Welcome to our new and returning Sangamon Valley Intermediate (SVI) families! I hope you found some time to relax in preparation for the new school year!

I hope that you have had an enjoyable summer with an opportunity to spend time with family and friends. We have been busy this summer getting things ready for the upcoming school year for both our staff and students.

Beginning July 1, online registration will be open for all new and returning students. We will not be offering in-person registration this year.

SVI School Supply List for 2024-25 school year

Third grade rocked SVI this week! They completed their wax museum preparations and welcomed visitors to their museum on Friday.

The past couple of weeks students have been learning about the eclipse to better understand today’s event.

The weeks and our school year are rolling by quickly! We continue to work toward our grade level standards.

This week wrapped up our third quarter learning and our roller skating unit! We are revving up for state testing which will kick off in 4th grade this week!

The SVHS Student Council and NHS are hosting a Parents’ Night Out! Any SV student in PK-5th grades are welcome to attend.
