Golden Cord Scholars Announced

The Illiopolis Community Service Club has announced the 2024 Golden Cord Scholars. This year, there are 18 scholars who will receive a Golden Cord medallion and a $100 scholarship for use at the college they will attend in the fall. This year’s scholars are:

Congratulations to the scholars and their parents for the outstanding dedication needed to keep their grade point at 3.5 or higher through 4 years of high school.

The Golden Cord Award Ceremony is May 2, 2024 at the Illiopolis United Methodist Church at 8:00 PM.
