End-of-Year Senior Reminders

Seniors, please take note of the following important dates at the end of the school year.

  • Tuesday, May 7 — Senior Cap and Gown Photos. Be sure to bring your cap and gown that day.

  • Wednesday, May 8 — Last day of Senior Attendance before finals

    • 8:15—9:00 Seniors will clean lockers, return books, Chromebooks, etc., and settle any outstanding bills (lunch account, missing materials, etc.) if they still need to do so. 

    • 9:15—11:00 Senior Grad walk with cap and gown through the hallways at SVP in Harristown first and then SVIS and SVMS at Illiopolis. Seniors are dismissed after finishing the grad walks for the remainder of the day.

  • May 9 and 10 — Senior Finals in the library. Once seniors are finished, they are dismissed.

  • Friday, May 17 — Graduation Practice at 8:10 AM in the high school gym.

  • Saturday, May 18 — Graduation at 7:00 PM. Seniors should plan to arrive by 5:45 pm in the High School Cafeteria.
